We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Therefore, we offer exchanges for items that meet our return criteria. Please note that refunds are not available; you can exchange the product for another item or a store credit can be issued.
We accept exchanges within 7 days of delivery. Once your exchange request is approved, you will receive a notification at your registered email, and our logistics partner will arrange for the pickup of your order.
Items purchased on Sale/ Clearance/ Pre-applied-Discounts/ Bundle discounts are Final sale items and cannot be returned. However we would be happy to replace it with a different size, if you’d need a size exchange.
We offer a one-time exchange, so please ensure you select the correct size. If you need any help, we’re here to assist you. There is an exchange fee of Rs.150. Since we don’t have our own delivery service, we partner with third-party couriers for deliveries.
Using discount codes does not make an item a final sale. The items can still be returned in accordance to it being a full priced or discounted product originally.
If you have received a damaged or wrong product, we apologize for the inconvenience. We are here to assist you promptly. Please photograph the product and send us a direct message at Support@zylacia.com within 2 days of delivery. Our team will proactively arrange a reverse pick up and send out a new fresh product.
To ensure a smooth shopping experience, we kindly ask customers to review our oversized size chart for kids prior to placing an order, as it may differ from standard sizing conventions.
we will make two attempts to pick up your shipment. If these attempts are unsuccessful, you will need to send the item back to our warehouse address. Reverse pickup availability depends on whether the service is offered in your areas pin code.
Please be aware that upon arrival at the warehouse, your order will undergo a quality check. Once the item passes this check, we will proceed with processing your exchange or return request.
If we are unable to process a size exchange due to stock unavailability, we will arrange for an exchange with another product or issue you a store credit, this store credit can be used on your next online purchase.
Cancellations are permitted solely for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders and can only be processed if the order has not yet been dispatched from our warehouse.
Store credits cannot be refunded and can be redeemed on your next online purchase, please note that shipping charges are also non-refundable.
“The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition as delivered, including all tags, original packaging, and accessories. It should not be cleaned or altered, and must remain free from damage, stains, odors, or any signs of tampering. If purchased as a set, all pieces must be returned together. Additionally, the product must match our records, and any defects should be reported. We reserve the right to deny any return or exchange requests if these conditions are not met”
